I believe in tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. We will work collaboratively to develop a plan that empowers you to create a more fulfilling life.

Traditional  Sessions

50 minute session - $185

90 minute session - $345

Our traditional one-on-one sessions provide a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. We will incorporate gentle somatic movements and breathwork as needed to support your

journey towards healing and growth. 

Intensive Sessions

3 hour intensive - $699

​

This 3 hour one-on-one program creates a nurturing environment that combines mindfulness, movement, and breathwork. I guide you through meditations to let go of limiting thoughts, somatic exercises to connect to your body, and biodynamic breathwork to release energy. I allocate several periods of time for processing, offer ample opportunity to reflect, and integrate your experiences in real time.

Collaboration: I believe you are the expert on your own life. We'll work together to find the best path for you. My role is to guide and support your exploration.

Uncovering patterns: We'll explore how your past experiences continue to influence your present, increasing your self-awareness and understanding.

Embodied experience: Through gentle exercises, we'll connect with your body's wisdom and move beyond just thinking about your emotions.

Finding freedom: Ultimately, my goal is to help you live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling, free from the constraints of the past.
